One of the things I do like as local guide is to take pictures and describe places in the área where i live but most of all to show particular places that are not in the city guide, not in the restaurants guides, these special places like small bars where you can have “tapas” that have quality but are home made, not by a chef but for a cook that make traditional dishes, for that you must know not only the área but aswell the local cuisine.
