Thank you for your question.
As you can see in the article above, when you create a post, you can tag the language you used by clicking Add language and selecting one of the 35 language options currently available. If your post is in English, there is no need to add a language label.
Please only tag a language if your post is indeed written in that language. If you put a wrong label, a Google Moderator is likely to edit it.
