Seems to be a lot of spamming of new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in Ireland recently. Common attributes attributes are they link to a non-Irish phone number & website (Chrome reports their security certificate’s expired too). Cursory search reveals dozens & in all instances these are places which have already been added (& point to the correct operators website & phone).
Any idea how best to report? Don’t want post specifics on phone, website here 
If I understand you correctly @ThomasMcG duplicates of real places are being added with incorrect phone number and website? Can you share a Maps link to one or a few of them?

As you can see the recently added places have no photos, incorrect kW information, international phone number, problematic website.
That’s weird indeed @ThomasMcG . What you can do yourself is to select them one by one and Suggest an edit > Remove this place > Spam.
In the meanwhile, I will try to escalate this in order to have the Googlers look into it.

I’d like to let you know, that we are looking into this.
It’s been 14 months and there it doesn’t appear that anything’s been done. I mean, of the 3 sites originally linked, one was merged (fine), two remain as is with their phone numbers for a service in France (Easytrip) who are not the operator of these charge points. Numerous “Flag as Spam” submissions appear to all have been rejected.
To repeat, this isn’t a local issue, it’s an island wide one, and I fail to see any valid reason for a French operator to have duplicate listings & an international phone number, e.g.
