We are a level 5 Local Guide. We have posted numerous pictures, videos and 360 degree VR images. We have posted Edits to Google Maps. We have created Lists and within the Lists fulfilled all the requirements, including providing a note about every place.
YET … ANY place review that we publish, irrespective of the length or shortness of any review and irrespective of whether the review in very positive, slightly critical or analytical, ALL POSTS are considered in violation of Google Map Policy. I have reviewed all Guidelines but cannot find any reason for the violation.
e.g. for a dentist, I provided a post like: “professional and friendly doctor, good all rounder in all dental matters, with no waiting time”. And that is considered in violation of Google policy.
I have appealed all the reviews, but have not heard back from Google.
Google Map has even provided me point, awards and badges for my review and activity, but they refuse to post them publicly. It is pretty frustrating.
