@MortenCopenhagen hello Morten,

Like u can see in the picture list there is only 1 picture uploaded.

With my review I uploaded 2 pictures.

So that means the problem is 1 picture is missing, blocked or i understand something wrong?

@De_Rouck_Sidney

Please also share the Maps link to the place.

Hi Morten, this bug is still not solved.
The picture of the menu is not on the place.

Ps i reported the pictures that are not from this place.

I’m not able to help you on this. I don’t even know the intended behavior related to photos of menus.

@MortenCopenhagen is there someone who can check this?
Normaly every uploaded photo should be shown?

Hello @De_Rouck_Sidney,
Regarding:

What did lead you to this conclusion? As far as I know, Google doesn’t give us any “guarantee” whether, when and where our posted media might be published. In fact, after uploading a photo to a place listing, several not so nice things can happen:

  • The photo is not published at all because the AI filter rejected it. For pictures taken within the EU, we have the advantage, they are marked with a yellow triangle and darkened image when shown under My Contributions->Photos and only visible to the author. If you share the link with someone else or paste it into an anonymous browser session, you see only a black window with caption similar to “No user media here”. This is the worst case, which mostly happens immediately after upload, but can even happen years later. You may submit a form, to appeal for it, but I think in most cases, you should delete it.
  • (your case, I believe) the photo goes public and you can share the link with others, but you do not see it at the listing where you posted it - neither under “All”, nor “Recent”, nor “By Me”. This is what we called “semi hidden” in this discussion: Photos not showing up under ALL photos
  • Another case what can happen: You do see your photo under “By Me” or even “Recent”, but when you look under the “All” tab, you need to scroll down “forever”, which means even if the photo is published, it will be found by other users only very rarely or not at all.

After we discussed this several months ago, I had a closer look at all my uploaded photos and found several of those “semi hidden”. Some even gained some views, I believe because they appeared at the pin of the city or region without my knowledge.

FYI @MortenCopenhagen (glad to see you again :smiley: )
