Thank you for tagging me in this post. I am a big fan of thin crust, like the pizza in this post, but if the dough is not prepared with the right ingredients there is a slight risk to have a gummy pizza.
@fattumaramesy do you know the kind of flour used for the preparation of this pizza or the type of oven that has been used?
