We will meet all the Local Guides for a great pizza tasting in downtown San Jose. We will talk about how American pizza is, how to make Neapolitan pizza and how, in every country there is a different pizza, even if only for the raw materials available in the local trade. Meeting point Pizzeria located at 117 E San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95112, United States Everyone will pay for his/her own pizza

I thought of this meetup in order to meet other people who share a passion, very rooted in Italy but present almost all over the world!

Italians will be able to give information on “how we like” pizza and how it is seen all over the world.
Last year I went to San Francisco and the first dish I ate was spaghetti: they served them with pizza on the same plate … it’s impossible for us: O PASTA OR PIZZA! :wink:
