Esta pizza super especial la probé en una nueva tratoria que hay en mi ciudad, llamada Terra Mia. Pizzas artesanales napolitanas.
Bautizada igual que el nombre del lugar, la pizza tiene: Pomodoro, queso suizo, mozzarella, tomates tipo cherry, rúcula, jamón serrano, hongos, albahaca y parmesano.

Te puedo decir que es una verdadera pizza italiana, a cargo del un chef italiano. Sabor exquisito, una masa suave…sentir ese rico queso derritiendose en tu boca, es un deleite al paladar! Lo mejor está en el borde relleno de queso.
