Odisha observes huge festivals in 12months. And almost in every festival the most common sweet offers to the God is ‘Pitha’ (Ex:- Arisha, Kakara, Manda). Among all of them Kakara has a vital role in every festival. A sweet which prepares in every odia households. This is made up of Suji (semoline) and Coconut (As Stuffing) some use Chenna (cottage cheese). It taste so good when you eat the hot pitha (After frying of the pitha).
