For summer based countries winter is a blessing , and winter gives us the vibes of relaxation, festive and we can feel the smells of kacchi biriyani too , as in this time people plans for their weddings too .
And winter is incomplete without pitha puli, using rice flour , jaggery powder , or normal sugar , Date juice we people made a cake kind of this which is knows as pitha in our country . This is kinda a rituals of our country to make pitha in winter season . Hospitality is incomplete without serving pitha in this winter .
In the rural area it’s tough to manage time and make pitha but as I said it’s incomplete to celebrate winter without pitha so we also had to made it .
