hello, a business on the map has been taken over by pirates. They write rude and unpleasant answers to the comments. I cannot complain about their answers. How should I proceed?

It’s never cool to see someone taking over a business and giving rude and unpleasant answers. It’s just not right. Their actions are unlawful, and it’s not a good look for anyone involved.I’ve had a similar experience, and it’s definitely not fun.
