Being from a place where Pintxos are on eof the touristic atractions i wanted to say that , even though, yes their good they taste good, they have become something more for the eyes than the taste.
People lov eto come to San-sebastian and have a couple pintxos, but most importantly have a photograph of them, post it on their social media. So here I ask to you today fellow local guides, is it worth it to pay 3-5€ for a small thing that it’s not going to make you full just to post it on Instagram. Why not go to a local restaurant a taste all kinds of food form the area.
Don’t get me wrong as everyone I love eating Pintxos time to time but with this massive attraction they are gaing their prices keep going up and it dosen´t look it’s going to stop.
