Pinchos @ Rabat, Morocco

What I like in this place is variety of dishes like you are in many countries.

My choice was Kofta kabab ( ground beef in skewers) is similar for ground beef Turkish, Middle Eastern, Indian, but the spices are different. In Morocco, we use, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, onion and cilantro and parsley.

Kofta kabab, Zaalook is roasted eggplants, tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, spices, fresh garlic. Sautee green beans, carrots and fries.

Other members of my family chose: Hero Sandwish style " bocadillo" tomatoes, tuna, green olives, cucumber, lettuce, mayonaise and fries.

Seafood Pasta with white sauce.

Hamburger with fries

Seafood Pizza: calamari (squid), shrimp with tomato sauce.

Dessert: lemon tarte

Nougat walnut ice cream

Hello @SunshineNY ,

Thank you for sharing this location and those delicious photos with us! Did you try the Shawarma and the Panini as well?

I’ve never been to this particular place, but I’ve tasted each one of the meals you presented in different restaurants across Morocco.

As far as I’m concerned, the Moroccan kefta is the most delicious ground meat that one can ever taste, and this is due to the cumin and the rest of the ingredients.

@BorrisS , you’re very welcome. Exactly, the Moroccan ground beef is very special with its ingredients. I noticed that other countries use different spices and some of them are very strong. For Moroccan’s cuisine is very simple, we add only cumin and it’s so tasty especially when it’s charcoal or grilled cooking in skewers.

No, I didn’t eat Shawarma or Panini this time but I did it before. Yes, Shawarma tastes so good especially from the Syrians who immigrated in Morocco and opened their food shop in Rabat.

Morocco becomes an international country with varieties of food.

Yes, with all franchises we have now. Any foreign cuisine you can enjoy it.
