There are many national cookery in our city. They usually called as “Milliy Taomlari” (translate as “national dishes”)
Each place has its own individual kitchen. Dishes are also different because we have in the country many varieties of cooking. Each region has its own characteristics.
In Tashkent, most often served wedding pilaf. Its main differences can be considered as: peas, raisins, eggs, horse meat.
Most often places that prepare national dishes do not even use the Internet. Local people who eat there also do not leave their reviews somewhere, only among themselves, because everyone knows that there is delicious food and normal prices.

Wow that is beautiful, I like such as kind of Dishes, but horse meat is a little bit different in our culture in middle east and of course I would like to try it.
