If you are travelling between the North Island and South Island of New Zealand by ferry if you have time don’t just drive though Picton, stop and have look or stay there, you may miss the views and winery’s in the region. There is a Aquarium, Tourist adventure boat Trips, Seals, a Marina.
It is also close to the Blenheim wine producing region.
