December is Mushroom month’s here in Lebanon!!

Enjoy my mushroom picking day in Sheikhlar-Akkar, a rural area in North Lebanon.

Every december I visit my hometown to pick up mushrooms, it is a delicious and healthy meal

All we need to collect the vegetables from the garden or forest, clean them with water and salt then cook them with onion​:onion: and peppers
