A phyto barrel can be called a mini-version of a Russian bath or sauna, which is a large barrel with an opening for the head, inside which steam is supplied from a decoction of medicinal plants.
The procedure takes place in a sitting position, for this there is a special bench inside the barrel.
During the session, the head will be outside the barrel, from the pair it is separated by sheets or towels along the neck.
The session lasts about 15 minutes, during this time about 0.5 liters of fluid is discharged and up to 600 grams of weight is lost. This is followed by a massage procedure with oil.
