Who would like to join me for a photo-walk in Amsterdam?
I am thinking meeting around the Portuguese Synagogue, and walk towards Brouwerij 't IJ. We can finish off the walk with a beer, and if there is still energy, we can do some night photography to cap off the walk.
If there’s enough interest, we can do these walks periodically.

Hey, sounds great. I have been to a walk like this in my city before and it was quite fun. We were out to photograph and describe some local stores and restaurants.

Hello @aquilesC , I have already seen a number of attempts to organize a photowalk (or other type of meetup) by just writing a post, like you did, and then exchanging some comments with other local guides in order to find a date, but I don’t think I have ever seen one that has actually lead to a meetup. As @AlexaAC already mentioned, it’s definitely best to make a formal Meetup submission - just pick a date that suits you.
As it happens, I have recently written a post with some tips on meetups. I hope it can help you too.
Although I have visited Amsterdam myself quite a few times in the past (for professional reasons), I will not be able to travel there for a meetup myself in the near future, unfortunately.
Next weekend will not work for me. When are you available?

That sounds like fun! Not really into the night for me as I have a young daughter, but the photo walk can be fun. I didn’t see anything hosted, so I’ll make a meet-up for somewhere in November so people actually have time to find and join the meetup.
