Some times photos are showing duplicate with same views in computer. It happened when starting first. Once i deleted good photos with many views confusing it as duplicate, But when checked understood that both photos were deleted, hence loosing even original photos since often deleting after posting in Google Map.But it is not appearing duplicate in android. However, now more careful in deleting in haste to follow the rules. Can it be computer or Google Map problem?

Hi @jojo522 thank you for reaching out. This is not new to me, and it happened several times, you just have to keep a record of when did you last add photos to a certain location that appears to have these duplicates. It is normally a bug, in short, is an error by the servers or the system. Just wait for few days monitoring if that changes back to its normal condition and if it does not change back, you can always report it here.
That is how I dealt with it and I did not try to correct it by deleting, as these photos are not really duplicates, they only appear like that, and sometimes even the number of views may keep increasing when you scroll forward and back to the same photos. If this has been happening for a while to you, please share a screen short with us here, and give us a date as when did you start experiencing this.

When you delete a photo & then hit refresh, the display gets garbled & starts showing a few of the leftover images as duplicates.
An unmistakable sign of that is an identical view count for both the pics.
Instead of deleting that in a hurry, please wait for some time and then review that once again.
