When I am in foreign country, I like to see other cultures monuments. That help me understand local people, their heroes and role models. I would like to be able to find more monuments at Google Maps. Thay are also very usefull landmarks.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful photo with us, did you use any filters? Do you know who is the person portrayed in the statue?

Hi @NikolaCulic
When looking for statues on Google Maps a good tip is to search for the category named “Sculpture” in English. Also, “Monument” or “Historic landmark” could be interesting categories for you. Some are hidden incorrectly under the category “Monument maker”. Only companies or artists producing monuments/statues should be in this category.
I also enjoy sculptures and have photographed quite a few and added them to Google Maps.
Cheers
Morten
When traveling I do the same @NikolaCulic . Some monuments, often not so historical, intrigue me more than others and I have to find out their significance.
