Photos not uploading with reviews

Hi, I post a review with photos some times it posts other times it doesn’t. Delete photos and review posts, go back in and add photos and review disappears! Don’t know what to do. Sometimes I add photos direct to company’s site, not to my review and they post!! Makes no sense. Please help.

New reviews aren’t added to review total. 6. 5 star reviews are listed under ‘lowest’ as well as highest. 7. Topic numbers aren’t accurate. I am at a loss. Help please!

Questions 1-4: This is what the spam filter does. Not always justified. You can appeal this.

Question 5: The contribution stats are updated only 1 or 2 times per week. Sometimes less often.

Question 6: In the app you will always see your own review at the top.

Question 7: See answer under question 5. The topic updates might be even less frequent.

Google is changing the way they moderate (approve) our contributions. Others have reported that photos may take 2-3 days before they show up under a review. I would recommend you wait a few days before deleting and reuploading photos and reviews.

Hi @SamK3 in this circumstance this usually means that the AI does not like something about the photo, when it makes a photo private it will also make the review private. For this reason I contribute separately my photos and reviews. While this means my reviews are not as rich it also means that if there is a problem with either media the other will remain.

You’re welcome to share example photos and review text here, perhaps we can help find the isssue.
