This is special Nigerian meal that’s is eaten whether at parties or at home. It is always a delight.
Firstly, a stew is prepared using blended tomatoes, pepper and allowed to cook till it’s stew-like and seasoning is added. Then, turkey broth is added to the stew and let to cook well. You’ll add your parboiled rice and some water. Keep adding water till the rice is soft and cooked. Don’t forget to stir well.
