In 2014, I published a rather complex Street View tour of “Maastricht School of Management”. This week they contacted me that their tour suddenly disappeared: the photos are visible when I list all my photos, but they aren’t viewable. How is this possible? And how do I get these photos back?
We do not see the photo in your profile, that are probably “private” (visible only to you) @NiekBrunninkhuis
However, in the Business listing I can see a lot of “flat 360” uploaded “by the owner” like this one
Have you transferred the right to the owner?
I also want to inform you that:
- Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect. You should address your query on the new Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only. Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Street View Moderator for granting the access to your profile.
- With the last changes, the participation of the two programs is changed, and now you should use a separate account, not connected with the Local Guides profile, for managing your Street View trusted business. Thank you for reaching out. You can follow the helpful tips shared by @ErmesT .
You are welcome to visit the Get Help section of the new Street View trusted Help Center and fill out a form for lost contributions there, by providing links and describe what happened. You can also follow up with the Announcements section where you can find news and updates about the program and the Street View app.
Keep in mind that since the help center is restricted for trusted users only, you need to be logged in with your trusted account in the browser in order to view the content.
