I don’t know if this is the right place to ask for help, but someone has reuploaded the same image that I took and added to this place a couple of years ago. That photo was set as the feature photo by the place.
Now, after checking that Local Guide’s profile, I see he is doing this for many other places too - simply reuploading prominent photos from those places, and even street view screenshots.
What is the remedy?

I tried reporting the profile once for other violation, but to no avail. If you could escalate the issue for me, let me know the details I need to share.
I don’t know how it benefits him. For now, his profile is public, and you can see the images he has contributed. You can also find the original images for those places on Maps.
Sharing the link publicly to who you accuse of wrong doing is not okay. Please remove the link from your reply. As @SholaIB mentioned this can be done in private PM only.
I copied the link, so you don’t need to do more except delete the link.
I think you should share links to the original (stolen) photos also.
Update: Google Maps has taken down the photos stolen from me and other contributors. Thank you community for the support.
