3Yes, I know. I am sorry!
I’m saying sorry to myself because two weeks ago I told me/you that I will be posting a photo pert week. And then I forgot.
But let’s do it!!!
Today’s photo is a memory of a snow day. For many of you, it’s normal to see and have snow in daily life. But for me, it was an event. I just saw snow for the first time when I was 28 years old. And it felt like magic hahaha.
I made my first snowman and took his portrait as you can see below.
I was really proud of him and I tried to capture every detail in this image. I chose to have the focus on him and let the rest of the image in a blur mode, using my aperture to a lower value f/9.
Because it was a sunny day (-1Cº) I could set my ISO to 100 and shoot with a higher speed 1/250s
I think it’s a great photo. It was a good idea to put the shoes near him because it shows the real size of my snowman. I believe it’s great advice that I use to take pictures for Google Maps, mainly if I’m taking food photography. As a user, I like to see the food’s real size. And using something to compare, like hands, cups or cutlery is a smart move.
For those who want to see my last images, I’ll be posting them at the end of my actual post.
