Mostly, my local guide contributions are photos. My sons and I love to explore Vancouver and as a rule, I try to upload photos to Google Maps as a record of where we have been. I also love seeing my photo be the top hit for a business that I have been to. The photos act as a timeline of what we have done and where we have gone. I love the fact that this also helps other people find the spots that we have visited.
When I write reviews, I try to answer the questions that I usually want to know about a restaurant or a park. I have a goal to be the #1 most viewed photo contributor in Vancouver. LOcal guides is also a way for me to showcase my photos of the city I love and the places I have travelled to.
