The weather late last week in the San Francisco Bay Area had been wet and gloomy.
But when the sun needed to shine, the weather gods were with us today and it kept getting brighter, sunnier and warmer as the day progressed at our 1st San Francisco Bay Area Local Guides Fall Family Picnic meet-up at Danville’s Hap Magee Ranch Park.
Can’t believethe 4+ hours flew by!
Nice to talk with @kimberly Ann Graham @KeithA , @LibbyC@iyudhi . We got to meet, share and hold babies, eat Popeye’s Fried Chicken, and soak up some much-needed sun.
We were able to sign up 3 wee ones to join and be our newest teeny San Francisco #LocalGuides.
Note: Sorry, Not a lot of photos were taken Saturday because we all were so busy talking and eating. No one had a chance to pick up their phones to snap photos.

You’re welcome @TraciC . The adults were loving every bite of the crispy, crunchy fried chicken.
My two were enjoying Popeye’s famous “tasty” paper and plastic products. Couldn’t get enough of the bags, napkins and paper trays. Though seriously, my boy kept lunging for the chicken box throughout the Picnic.
There was a baby stare off with Libby and Keith’s wee one. When the three of them met for the first time, it was priceless. Babies seeing other babies is quite a sight to experience.
@KarenVChin LOL. I guess this is why Local Guides must be at least 18 years of age!!! Adorable! Do you think the kids will be the three very best friends ever?
