According to Google Maps Timeline Review I visited 11 cities and 24 places of places in February, 2018. Twenty Thousand Lake (Bish Hazari Taal) was one of them. In my previous post I has shared about my Photo Walk in Lumbini (Birthplace of Buddha). If you have missed it check it here.
About Bish Hazari Taal (Twenty Thousand Lake):
Bish Hazari Taal (Twenty Thousand Lake) lies in the southern corner of Bharatpur. Bish Hazari Taal is renowned as a home of different species of birds along with migrant birds. This lake is also famous for alternative Jeep Safari when inside National Park Jeep Safari is closed.
Bish Hazari Taal is famous for natural beauty. Along with Rhinos, Crocodiles, etc. you can find different species of birds, mammals, flowers, trees, etc. here.
Here’s a picture which gives your more information about Twenty Thousand Lake:
Bish Hazari Taal is a local name whereas Twenty Thousand Lake is English name. Beside this the another reason to call it Bish Hazari is when we see the lake from the sky, the shape of the lake is like 20,000.
I spent more than 2 hours here collecting some photos including 360 photos. I really felt great enjoying the sounds of birds, viewing the greenery. Here are some photos taken by me using Canon EOS 80D and LG 360. To view all images, check out my Album.

Hello @ThomasLee thank you so kuch for reaching my post. I was born in 1993 so don’t know about before but I am sure that you will love to visit Nepal. Wish to have you in Nepal again.
Very nice. I found Chitwan to be a most amazing place.
While I was there, I met a wonerful woman who was involved in saving the Gariel crocodiles. I was lucky enough to get to see the breeding programme. Not sure what’s happening today.
Paddeling along in a boat along the waterways - and seeing REAL crocs in the bushes was pretty cool. A bit scary.
I really must try to find the pictures and get them digitised.
