Photo Walk Through at Nehru Park, New Delhi

I wanted to share a few photos from Nehru Park, one of the largest parks in the heart of the city, spanning 80 acres in the Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave. Since today is a national holiday in India, Gandhi Jayanti (celebrating the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2nd), my running partner and I decided to do a 10 km slow run on the park’s running track.

Nehru Park boasts one of the best Astroturf running and walking tracks, measuring 2.65 km around the park’s perimeter. It’s a delight to jog through the park, with fountains, lush greenery, and refreshing surroundings at every turn. Here are a few snapshots from today’s slow run.

Yeah, that’s a cool natural view. I believe that people spent some good times in here. Maybe I’ll going there in my next Delhi travel’s time. Isn’t there have any entry fee? And, is there have any coffee shop also?

its a must visit place in case you like to walk or jog or spend some me time…

There is no entry fee however the park timing are from 5am to 8pm.

Regarding coffee shop- there is no coffee shop within the park premises, however with in a travel radius of 4-5 kms you can get one & khan market is one place for sure you can get good coffee.

Very beautiful post, my dear friend @pK19931

Lovely photos and beautiful narration… interesting & informative too.

Can I take the liberty to share a few more details?

Username (UN):

  • Unique: LG Connect allows only unique usernames - if one username is already taken you won’t be able to register with the same UN.
  • Keep the UN easily rememberable for others - probably, other LGs use/type your username more than you.
  • Keep the UN simple, short and legible.
  • I suggest keeping UN in English which makes it easy to Tag.
  • Make the UN easily connectable with your name/profile/personality.
  • Of course, if your DP (profile photo) can help others remember your UN, it will be good.

And also…

Understanding how to locate your “Notifications” (Here) may help you.

Best wishes.
