you need to reduce the photo size

I had the same problem and I solved with a lower quality photo. Max file size is around 3 MB.
The largest photo size can be 3MB. Cannot be larger than 3MB. You need to reduce the image quality or minimize the width of the photo! Good luck!
In your PC, use Paint application. Select Resize option. Give 1024x768 Px option. You are good to upload.
