I want to organize a meetup, but its not possible to upload a photo. And this is needed for the Application.
I tried on my phone and tablet. Is this a bug?
Switch off the phone once and and try it again.
If both are in the same network or wifi try it will our .
Else wait for 24 hours it will get fix automatically

I tried it many times with my smartphone and on my desktop, too. It is not possible to upload a photo. This is to bad, because i realy want to plan a meet up in my city.
@DanielSt I checked uploading the cover photo from my mobile. it works fine for me. which mobile browser you are using? if you are using Chrome go to settings and tick the “Request desktop site” and then try to upload. for me, both Mobile version and desktop version works fine.
Please note, the best image dimensions are 1030 x 350. and it is bit difficult to resize the banner from mobile. I advise you to use the PC and make a nice cover picture and submit.
