As a Local Guide, I have published many photos and reviews in the past, but in recent days I have encountered an issue where after publishing a photo to Maps, it gets flagged for review after a few hours, I am informed that it violates the guidelines and it remains unpublished. I cannot even resubmit it for review. These are not harmful photos, they are photos of places I have visited, spaces, buildings, objects, and architecture.
What should I do in this case? Thank you.

Hi @maroshina
I took a look at your public profile.
You have added 3368 pics+vids and only 3145 if them are public. So the spamfilter was triggered by something you did or uploaded.
Your photos generally looks great. But some guidelines must have slipped your attention.
The 3 photos are pretty much the same. We should not add redundant photos.
Here you violated the guideline about not uploading photos more than once. Duplicates are not allowed.
You uploaded this image to two different pins. Again a clear violation.
A block was put on your profile. I doubt the above mentioned violations are the only issues. Have you posted reviews without actually visiting the places? Are you representing a business of your own or owned by friends or family?
You could try the form called Account Investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished. Keep in mind, it takes several weeks for the check to be done, and you will not be notified about the result, so I suggest you check the status of your reviews once a week or so.
Best of luck

Thank you for your reply. I will try to be more careful in the future to avoid uploading similar photos. I apologize for this mistake, I didn’t realize it was an issue. However, I’m wondering why my entire block of photos has been blocked instead of just the individual ones that are repetitive.
It’s also possible that this is happening because I’m uploading these photos two weeks after returning from vacation. The same goes for my reviews of places I’ve visited. I’m only writing them now because you don’t have much time to focus and write these reviews while you’re traveling, so I’m doing them now. All of the places I’m reviewing are places I’ve actually visited and have no connection to me (not my family or my business) other than the fact that I visited them at some point.
I really don’t do this intentionally and I want to help other people with my photos and reviews. As you can see, I have photos with almost a million views and some with hundreds of thousands of views, and my reviews are also considered helpful. That’s why I don’t understand why my entire profile has been blocked. I’m really not doing this for any kind of gain or personal benefit.
This approach by Google to my account is therefore even more upsetting to me.
Thank you.

It would be very helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply. Just hitting Reply does not ensure we get notified by email.
Posting photos and reviews a few weeks after a visit is not an issue.
Please try the form I shared a link to.

Thank you for your patience and willingness to help. If the issue is not related to the timing of my photo and reviews uploads, then it is likely due to the similarity of the photos themselves.
As you suggested, I have filled out and submitted the form you shared.
Thank you.
