Thank you dear friend @MohanVee for your kind words; because of you all, I thought of coming back.

These vintage radios are from Kannan Devan Plantations Tea Museum, Munnar (Kerala).

Hi dear @sonnyNg :

  1. Compactness need not affect the quality; In DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex system), there are many moving parts + uses mirrors, prisms, etc. along with mechanical shutter. This considerably increases the size (& weight) of the Camera; where as in Mirror-less camera (most of the cropped sensor cameras are mirror-less), these mechanical items are removed, without any drop in quality - rather with much increase in features!

  2. The first photo is taken with a cropped sensor, mirror-less camera.

Hope it is clear.

Dear friend, @N4speed77 , thank you once again for your response.

Exactly; the 2nd photo, is captured using Full Frame Camera which has higher Pixel Density (Larger Image sensor) and each Pixel will carry more details.

For all casual shots, a cropped camera will be more practical.

Hi dear friend @user_not_found

  1. Your ‘Adobe Spark Album Photos’ are really amazing…! Heartfelt appreciations. [One question: Have you post processed your photos or are they virgin shots?]

  2. I humbly submit that, today, many mobiles carry excellent ‘CAMERA’ capability, which can compete with many entry level (or even intermediate) DSLR.

The following two shots are indoor shots in a Tea Museum (Kerala). The shots are taken in Sony RX 10 (Mirror-less) and Samsung S9 Plus. Both shots are unprocessed and uncompressed. Kindly share your feeling.

Mes photos sont systématiquement traités, les originales sont en raw.

La n°1 = Sony

La n°2 = Téléphone

I was not canvasing for mobile phone camera; my intention was to show, that for common / normal purpose, a good phone camera comes more handy.

Thanks, dear @user_not_found , bye

Wow @TravellerG This is just brilliant! A great way to defragment a seemingly complex topic. Great stuff and thanks.
