I took a 360 panoramic photo. I open it with Street view, to cover human faces, and when I use the Detect faces and blur option, the message “0 faces detected” appears
I mention that there is a person in the photo.

@To_paul , as indicated in Blur or remove 360 photos with the Street View app , " Faces in the photo may be detected and blurred."

It doesn’t happen always, because it depends of resolution, distance, position. What we know to be a face, could be in a position to not be identified as a face. For this reason, if we know that there are faces in our 360, it is better to manually check, and blur the faces by ourselves, before uploading the 360

Hi @To_paul thank you for reaching out. That is normally, it happens to me too, the reason is that the faces might be too far to be detected by the system, meaning that they have to be close to the camera to be detected as faces, and blurred. You will have to do this manually from the app. I have seen this when I use my Ricoh Theta V camera, not sure which one you are using?

Thank you.

@ErmesT

first I tried manually, but I found that all the person in the image was covered, then I used the automatic option, which ultimately did not discover the human face.
The adult person was sitting on a bench about 12 meters from where I was taking pictures.
So do I have to manually check?
