I Love sharing photos on Google maps.
There is nothing that can match the experience of seeing something.Even if you read something about it seeing a photo of it is very different.
Where ever i go first thing i do is to see what i can take a photo here and upload it in maps.It may be small contribution from my side but the end user whoever is seeing it, for them it may be big help few times.
