Every year, people travel to Stonehenge to view the light of the setting sun during the winter solstice—the first day of winter and the shortest day of the year. The landmark is a popular place to celebrate because its stones beautifully align with the winter solstice’s sunset.

Ever since started learning about mythology and history, I marked Stonehenge as a place must to visit like some other places, for instance, Pyramid, Great Wall of China, Machu Pichu, Indus Valley etc.
This particular location made me remember my years in first grade learning Desktop publishing, then we had this type of image as our desktop background, memories…
