I am going to tag @AlexaAC , because the issues with the insert photo icon seems not being solved…
Some of you are experiencing problems, and as I showed you before in the Share your photos to participate in our photo project… for me it´s working…

This is quite strange, as it happens on desktop.
I need to ask you a few questions to help the debug:
- Which kind of browser do you use?
- Is the issue present also on mobile?
- Have you tried to logout and clear the cache? This is how I fixed the issue last time I had something strange on the editor toolbox

I logged out and cleared the cache.
I did the same on the phones

I’m using Chrome on my android phone. The icon is there when I comment here and also when commenting an idea in Idea Exchange. Do you have the problem both places?

Interesting that it is only in Announcements the problem exists. I can confirm that the insert Pic icon is also missing on my device under Announcements. So it is likely something that can easily be fixed. I saw the same problem in another section and the moderators could fix it within a few days.
