Hi Local Guide around the world,

My Name is Chris from Indonesia (my Nick social media name is Ocehanburung), I become Local Guide google because one day i got google massage that offer me about to become a local guide, and i click yes!. i think that is around year of 2015 when i and my wife came home from west europe trip. from that time, google routine send me a some question when i’m open my google map.

Okey, enough for my story how to became a Local Guide.

In My off day, and when my client ask me to traveling out of my hometown to take a picture of them, sometime i took time for answer what google map ask to me connected where i’m at that time.

My traveling and Photography hobby, make google give me a lot of question about place that i already sign in in my social media, not only in indonesia, but google ask me to about place around the world that i have been there before, like store in budapest, mall at amsterdam, street at gangnam korea, and many more. and i always try to answer as musch as i know and remember.

after 3 years, from 2015 to 2018, i got my level 5 of local guide.

I already travel to many country, like Turkiye, West Europe, East Europe, China, Macau, South Korea, Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore, and my country, Indonesia. and for next dream is to go to USA and Australia.

and i hope, i can be chosen by google to USA as a Local Guide from indonesia next year. Ameeeenn…

End of Sentence, i’m glad to be here and i’m so proud to be a part of Local Guide Volunteer of Google Map.
