To celebrate the global occasion of “ World Environment Day” 5th June 2019,

This exciting event will attract people from all over World and offer them a place to learn in a fun and interesting way about our environment.

World Environment Day is held each year on June 5. It is one of the principal vehicles through which the United Nations (UN) stimulates worldwide awareness of the environment and enhances political attention and action. World Environment Day promotes ways to improve the Earth’s environment, such as conserving forests.

We encourage entries that are contemporary, creative, resonant, challenging, original and beautiful, but most of all, images that will inspire people around the world to start taking care of our environment and responsibility for the affect our actions have.

Let’s do some activity for this special day .

2. The photo which has to contain environmental messages must be an original work or staged by the entrant

3. Photo editing is not allowed (Retouching, composition)

• while I love the contest, in the meantime i need to Highlight a couple of point:

Please remove your cover photo and replace it with one that is entirely yours. I know very well the image you used, and it is not an original content

In Local Guides Connect we care about author’s right, included yours. For more information please read: How do I follow the original content guidelines on Connect?

Regarding your point to, and according to the already mentioned point here above, “All the contribution posted on Connect must be an original work”

According to our rules: Posts with images or content used without the copyright holder’s permission will be removed from Connect.

As this is a very common image, if you purchased a licence for the use you should give an option to @sonnyNg to verify this. This apply also for stock photos, because the community is a public place, so Google is responsible for the use of material not produced by you
