The Peruvian Torta Helada looks very similar to Strawberry Jello Cheesecake. It is a multilayer cake made with strawberry jelly, milk and sponge cake. For people who like fruit cakes it is a very good Latin pastry to try.

@user_not_found can it balance the flavors? Milk and Strawberries.
@HoangDang yeah they are very well balanced. Milk is not in big quantities and strawberry jelly is previously prepared. At the end you get a soft and nice flavor.
