I am going to start by saying that this looks absolutely delicious. Where I live, it’s very hard or even impossible to find Peruvian restaurants, so I’m not very familiar with their food, but would love to learn more about it. Would you mind sharing a bit more about the Peruvian cuisine and what do you like about it?
