Good morning, a company has called me, saying that it goes from Google Maps to make a video of its interior of your business in 360 and that it charges € 100, says that it is a normal person and that it is dressed in a jacket and that it goes from Google

Google do not have employees that do this kind of services.

Of course, all around the world there are Street View Trusted Photographer that are offering their services to the business for adding 360 photos.

Should there be a direction to check, please do make sure to follow as @ErmesT advised (for which the reply would be accepted as solution), should you search up if the questioned company be listed in the search tool of the Hire a trusted pro page should there be listed the contacts information. (I do believe that you may search directly with the filter narrowing to the city of Granada, correct?)

You may also use the tagging system, with the “@” so that the name of a person you are forwarding the message will appear, as it also allows you to receive notification to follow up posts easily.
