At first I thank Google for such a platform .
My suggestion is that if achievers will get some memorable medals or awards like YouTube button or some monetary reward facilities it will courage them a lot.

Please bear in mind that the Local Guides team has no plans to monetarily compensate any Google Maps users for their contributions to Google Maps at this time.
