- I redeemed a local guide perk i.e. special edition socks! It showed that I will receive a confirmation mail regarding this within an hour, but I didn’t get the confirmation mail. How will I make sure that the order is received by them?

Did you check your spams folder @Ayushman18 ?
The email might have landed there.
Beyond that, there is no other way to track progress. Simply enjoy the wait!
However, if the gift doesn’t arrive even after 2-3 months of wait, you can raise an alarm on this forum once again.

Yes I did @C_T , but there is also no mail in the spam folder too. Yeah, seems to be the only option left.

@Ajitbirajdar Hello and congratulations on earning a Google Maps Local Guides perk, which is always super exciting!
There’s a lot of useful information available in the ‘Help’ tool accessible by using the ‘Search’ option at the very top of your screen; it has certainly helped me in the past on numerous occasions. I was able to find a post by Googler @AriMar sharing tips and great information related to your concern (please follow this thread to access the original post).
It can typically take 3-6 weeks or so to receive your Local Guides perk if arriving by mail beyond receiving the email confirmation that your perk is on it’s way. I do hope this information is helpful and please know you can always tag a Moderator in your post as I have for an accurate and timely reply.
