I have a problem for my perk which is special edition socks. It about more than 1month but it’s not delivered yet. Can anyone have solution for this please help !! For this

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Expected delivery time is 3-6 weeks.
If it has been longer than 6 weeks, go to the FAQs and input your code into the “Need more help” section at the bottom. Select “I never received my perk” and check that we have your shipping info correct.
In addition to that I am moving your post to How-tos topic label.
