Hi Google Maps Family , I need to tell a biggest problem I faced/facing . In some places the people’s around the location is not allowing me to take photos. But some time I show my Google maps contribution page they let me to take photos. Now I don’t have photos to upload. Any solutions please ??

Thanks for asking. Here are some tips for you:
Please always respect when someone asks you not to photograph them or their business.
I saw the photos you uploaded to https://goo.gl/maps/JMvMVWyixsJrfn857. This is a hospital, and you uploaded 20 images of plants to the hospital. Please remember the purpose of Google Maps = help people find and understand places. I think it is more helpful to share photos of how the hospital looks when arriving or looking to find the hospital.

Also, some of your photos uploaded to the hospital are duplicates or they are very similar. This is against the guidelines. Please also only upload sharp and correctly oriented images.
The privacy laws are different from Country to Country, and I have no knowledge of the rules in Sri Lanka. But often the privacy rules will allow us to take pictures from public areas like streets. Avoiding recognizable faces is important for two reasons: Protecting the privacy of people AND making better photos for Google Maps. If there are people and faces in your photos the eyes of Maps users will be drawn to look and check them. When the purpose of Google Maps is to show the places, and not have some random people blocking the view of what could be important details or features of the places.
