I submitted a site creation/review on the 22nd of last month. I submitted pictures and the makani number but the review is still pending. I basically live in that house so wondering why is so difficult to approve the request.

You are not alone with this problem. The corona crisis is affecting all of us and Google.
The staff has been re-allocated to more critical assignments. So you and I need to take it easy.
