People travel around for many reasons, holiday, sight seeing, work, school, fresh air etc. My commute include almost all of the listed and much more. Pearse station is one of the many popular train stations in Dublin. I call it a link station just like Connolly and Heuston station in Dublin, Ireland.
Picture of Pearse Station exit to Pearse Street showing platform 1 and 2 with the station sign in blue. The sign has the Irish language at the top with English below.
Pearse station for me is special because this is where my morning two hour journey terminates. Itβs unbelievable the number of people trooping out of this station whenever a train stops. Sometimes, you get a gift from distributors and those trying to spread the word about there products at the station exit.
Picture shows Pearse station entrance from Lombard Street. Very close on the left is the entrance to the Trinity college hostel. Opposite this entrance is the Trinity College sport complex.
For the students leaving at the Trinity College hostel, they share almost the same wall with Pearse station; hence making travel by train the βnumero unoβ for them.
