- Honestly, what else is there to use maps for other than getting from point A to B? Let me tell you…a lot. Discovering and sharing landmarks and hidden gems such as hiking trails, scenic city views, and places that you can call home is the best thing to do on maps. Adding more similar places and even having users add small gems like the ones mentioned before, should be a regular thing. Not only does it let you discover new things but it also enables you to get familiar with your city and be a part of the culture and community. Those are the type of places I would love to see more of.
