I ever suspended last year ,the best way is use real @to_Paul account send email to local Guides team ,not from other account.

I think need a process @user_not_found my experience last year at least 3 week for recovery, again I said the best way is using real account to-paul send email to local Guides team ,and just following the next steps .

with this post you are not helping Paul to be reinstated. While I am shocked too, I do not comment on suspended account, because, even if this may happen by error, the suspended Local Guide can interact directly with the Team, through the appeal Form.
We are not in position to see and to judge violations on:
- Local Guides program rules and community policy
- Reviews, photos, and videos on Maps
- Mapping guidelines on Maps
as indicated on: Why was I removed from Local Guides?
When a suspended Local Guide access Local Guide connect, will be directly addressed to the a.m. link, where there is also the appeal form, to contact the team asking for an investigation. The investigation will take time, but he will receive an answer directly from the team and, if it was an error, he will be reinstated.
If you are in contact with him, you can just invite him to avoid any duplicate account, and to wait for a feedback

@Nyainurjanah I hope you know the reason of the ban. At least, you know what to avoid and you can tell others to avoid that action too.

Hey @Ant_Bad_Yogi this too embarrassed but my past contribution I think much out of rules ( before i know about Connect forum ) double upload pictures ( because I’m forget ) reviews only word good ,ok ,not bad ( I think this is standard review LOL ) pictures with groupie ( again because I see much pictures in maps with face ) editing place several times etc .
But that’s good also because suspended so I read the rules of local guides .

I believe you are confused @user_not_found , so I will not consider your reply as an insult.
I am, like you, just a Local Guide, I cannot block anybody, but for sure I can tell you something. Nobody is suspended from the program (yes, I can see that Paul is no longer a Local Guide, this is the reason why he cannot access Connect) for a post about fruits. So please do not give wrong information. If a post is not appropriate for the community, is simply moved Off Topic, and a Google Moderator will explain to him (to him, not publicly) why a post has been moved.
As I already said, I don’t comment about suspension, because we do not see the contributions (we only see photos and reviews) and there are instruments on place for giving him the possibility of a revision.
Regarding the other issue, it is related to another post, and you already tagged several Google Moderators in there.
I already expressed my personal feeling, but my feeling will not change a decision that depends only by Google.
As I said, in this way you are not helping him

I’m really sorry to read your message especially because those information written here could be misleading to the other community members.
A Local Guides is banned / removed by the program only by Google and only if some rules of the program or of the community has been violated, you can check here also what contents are prohibited to be uploaded to Maps. Definitely not because you write something here on Connect, unless you use offensive language which I don’t believe is the case, so don’t be afraid of that.
@ErmesT also provided a very good explanation but I suggest you leave up to Google which contacts directly the target person to communicate any violation of the program, keep in mind nothing of this is shared publicly because Google respects everyone’s privacy.
Remember also that Local Guides is not a reward program so we do not expect to receive anything as our contributions are voluntary contributions to help each other. Moreover perks for different locations may be offered from time to time as a thank you gift, and not mandatory, for contributing great content on Google Maps. To maximize your chances of being eligible for them, continue to add high quality contributions to Google Maps.
Local Guides who have opted to receive the benefit emails will be updated with any new rewards. We encourage you to check your email settings and update/monitor your email preferences.
